Subjective Cognitive Decline - BRFSS

Subjective Cognitive Decline defined as:
1. Experiencing confusion or memory loss that is happening more often or is getting worse during the past 12 months and
2. Frequently (always, usually, sometimes) giving up day-to-day household activities or chores, such as cooking, cleaning, taking medications, driving, or paying bills due to confusion or memory loss during the past 12 months or
3. Frequent (always, usually, sometimes) interference with ability to work, volunteer, or engage in social activities outside the home due to confusion or memory loss during the past 12 months
